Free psychotherapy services are available for eligible First Nations and Inuit individuals through the Non-Insured Health Benefits (NIHB) program.
NIHB covers mental health counseling services for individuals with an eligible status number or band number.
Sessions are confidential, culturally respectful, and accessible through secure online therapy. I am dedicated to creating a space that honours your identity, history, and community.
As a registered NIHB provider, I work with eligible First Nations and Inuit individuals, including eligible workers, offering individual psychotherapy sessions online or by telephone.
